Welcome to Leadership Light House.

The nations of Africa had the rest of the world are experiencing a leadership crisis in every walk of life simply because the cost of good leadership is very high .Anything of value is costly.

Not many are are willing to pay the price and play the game according to fundamental rules. Many of those in leadership positions across Africa "lead" with a faulty concepts of leadership.

Logic dictates that "when wrong things are done by wrong people for wrong reasons ,wrong results will manifest in wrong places."If the vehicle of African leadership plies the wrong route, the "passengers" would be heading towards a wrong destination.

Since we are each a product of those who have led us in the past, we may be trying in vain to lead ,never realizing that our basic approach maybe what's wrong.

Are you willing to pay the price in your organization;in the home,in the community?
